I am a writer of poetry and prose and I have published 8 poetry books. I love turning discarded things into beautiful pieces of art. I have a spiritual love of gardening and spend more time during the summer with soot on my face and under my nails than I ever do lounging by the pool. I drive my family wacky because I move furniture around a lot and I get accused of working all the time when it’s not really work to me. I decorate for all holidays because they reflect the seasons and I embrace a fresh start. A do-over. Much like poetry — I flow with it.
